Technical information such as your IP address and browser/device information, which we may log for account security purposes such as detecting suspicious sign-in activity.

We use your information to create and manage your account, process and deliver your orders, communicate with you about your orders and account, help keep your account secure, and meet our business and legal obligations.

When you pay online, your payment details (such as card, UPI, or net banking information) are entered directly with our payment partner, Razorpay, and are not stored on our own servers. We keep a record of the payment status and reference information for your order.

For Cash on Delivery orders, no online payment information is collected at all.

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and your session secure. We don't currently use analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies on our website.

Your cart, wishlist, and recently viewed items are stored in your browser so they're available when you return — this stays on your device and isn't used for tracking.

We work with a payment partner (Razorpay) to process online payments, and with our point-of-sale and retail management systems to help manage accounts, shopping, and orders.

If you use a feature like Book a Consultation, or contact us on WhatsApp, the information you choose to share is sent directly to WhatsApp when you send the message — it doesn't pass through our servers.

We don't sell your personal information to third parties, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

We may use your email address or phone number to contact you about your order or account, including by our team directly. You can check your order status anytime from My Account → Orders.

We retain your account, address, and order information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our business and legal obligations. Session records used to keep you signed in are automatically deleted once they expire.

You can add, edit, and delete your saved addresses anytime from My Account → Addresses, and review your order history anytime from My Account → Orders.

We use industry-standard measures, such as password hashing and access controls, to help protect your information. No method of storing or transmitting information online is completely secure, but we work to protect your data appropriately.
