These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any order you place with VEDA Gold & Diamond by Chhabra 777 Jewellers ("VEDA", "we", "us"). By using our storefront or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

We try to keep product images, descriptions, weights, and other details accurate. Jewellery is often handmade, so small variations in weight, finish, or stone placement can occur between what's shown and the piece you receive. Where applicable, hallmarking and stone certification details are shown on the product page.

Product availability is shown on the product page. We don't guarantee that a product will remain available between when it's added to your cart and when your order is placed.

Prices shown on our website are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes (GST), unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, where applicable, are added at checkout.

Some products are priced based on live gold or metal rates and may change as those rates change. The total shown at checkout is the amount payable for your order.

When you place an order, we create an order record and you'll see an order confirmation. Placing an order doesn't guarantee we can fulfil it exactly as ordered — for example, if a product turns out to be unavailable, we may need to contact you to cancel or adjust your order.

You can review your order status anytime from My Account → Orders.

At checkout, you can choose to pay online (UPI, cards, net banking, or wallets, via our payment partner Razorpay) or Cash on Delivery. Online payment details are handled directly by our payment partner and are not stored on our servers.

Order cancellations are handled under our Cancellation Policy — in short, an order can be cancelled any time before it ships; once shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled under our Return & Refund Policy, including our return window, eligibility, and how to request a return or exchange.

You agree to use our storefront lawfully, and not to attempt fraudulent transactions or interfere with the normal operation of our website.

The content on this website — including text, product photography, and graphics — belongs to VEDA Gold & Diamond by Chhabra 777 Jewellers or its licensors, unless stated otherwise. You may not use it without our permission.
